Former agent of Mohammed Kudus, Jennifer Mendelewitsch, has alleged that the Ghana international ended their working relationship after pressure from his family.
Kudus reportedly parted ways with Mendelewitsch before completing his move from West Ham United to Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

Speaking in an interview with Sacha Tavolieri, Mendelewitsch explained that discussions had already begun as the two approached the end of their agreement.
According to her, both parties had openly discussed whether they should continue working together or move in different directions once the contract expired.
“We talked about it because we were coming to the end of our term. He never terminated his contract with me. We were nearing the end of it,” she said.
She added that they took time to reflect on the future of the partnership, as they had always done during their professional relationship.
“And naturally, we took a step back, as we always do, and asked ourselves, ‘What do we do now? Do we continue on our path together or not?’”
However, Mendelewitsch claims external influence played a major role in the final outcome.
“And I understand perfectly well that his family was pushing for a ‘no,’ and he went along with it. Honestly, it’s a shame,” she alleged.
She further suggested that financial motives may have influenced the decision, adding that players only have one career and should carefully manage their professional opportunities.
Mendelewitsch previously worked closely with Kudus during some of the most important moves of his career.
She is credited with helping facilitate his transfer from FC Nordsjaelland to AFC Ajax, where the midfielder rose to wider prominence in European football.

She also reportedly played a role in his subsequent switch to West Ham United from Ajax, a move that introduced him to the Premier League.
Kudus has since become one of Ghana’s most high-profile football exports, known for his technical quality, versatility, and match-winning performances for both club and country.
The Black Stars star is currently ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a relapse during his recovery from injury.
Neither Kudus nor his current representatives have publicly responded to the claims.
The comments have nonetheless sparked discussion among football fans about the role of families, agents, and financial interests in shaping the careers of professional players.
