Ghanaian media personality Cynthia Tima Yeboah, popularly known as Tima Kumkum, has confirmed that she is separated from her husband, Dominic Duodu, with their divorce proceedings currently before the court.
The Tima Kumkum divorce revelation was made during an interview with media personality Nikki Samonas on Joy Prime’s Changes, where she opened up about the status of her marriage and addressed speculation surrounding their relationship.

Tima Kumkum disclosed that she and Dominic Duodu have not lived together since April 1, 2025.
“I’m separated. Not yet divorced, but will be divorced soon,” she said.
Tima Kumkum confirms separation
According to Tima Kumkum, she deliberately chose not to publicly discuss the difficulties in her marriage for some time.
However, she eventually decided to address the issue amid growing speculation about her relationship.
“Let’s call a spade a spade; we haven’t lived together since 1st April, 2025,” she disclosed.
The media personality described herself as “partially single” because the divorce process has not yet been concluded.
Her comments provide the clearest public confirmation yet that her marriage to Dominic Duodu has ended in separation and that the matter is now being handled through the legal process.
Tima Kumkum praises husband as a father
Although she confirmed the separation, Tima Kumkum was careful not to speak negatively about Dominic Duodu.
She declined to disclose the specific circumstances that led to the breakdown of their marriage but acknowledged his role in the life of their child.
According to her, Dominic remains a responsible and supportive father.
“He’s a very responsible man. I’ll give him his flowers for that,” she said.
Her comments suggest that despite the end of their relationship as a couple, she continues to recognise his contribution and responsibilities as a father.
Divorce is not yet final
Tima Kumkum stressed that she has not yet been legally divorced from Dominic Duodu.
She explained that while they have been living separately since April 2025, the formal divorce process is still ongoing in court.
This means the pair remain legally married until the proceedings are concluded and the appropriate court order is issued.
The revelation also puts to rest months of speculation surrounding the status of their relationship.

Tima Kumkum rules out another marriage for now
Following her separation, Tima also made it clear that entering into another marriage is not currently part of her plans.
She said marriage is presently the last thing on her mind, signalling that her immediate focus is not on finding another partner.
Her disclosure comes as public interest in the personal lives of Ghanaian celebrities continues to grow, particularly when questions arise about their relationships and families.
For now, Tima Kumkum has confirmed that she and Dominic Duodu have been living separately since April 1, 2025, while their divorce proceedings remain before the court.
